Together,
Magic Happens
How are communities made? With trust, honesty and openness. So my events and workshops are designed with these key ingredients in mind.
Think of them as supportive get-togethers to discuss important topics in a low-pressure atmosphere. Nothing scary, just meaningful conversation to connect people and widen perspectives.
I cover subjects that really matter to me
(and hopefully to you, too!)
neurodivergence
How it shows up at work, in relationships or personally, and how to embrace it confidently.
Deschooling
How we’ve been conditioned to live a certain way, and how to undo it.
queerness
Exploring identity, allyship and creating affirming environments.
Living and working on your terms
Practical advice on identifying how you want to show up, and how to make it happen.

Your ability as a facilitator to hold space with unbounded kindness and sensitivity is truly special.
Gem is such a wonderful role model for what a thriving autistic person can look like (or they cosplay a thriving autistic person really convincingly). That is such an important representation to see. I really appreciate it - makes me think about how I can represent neurodivergence and neuroaffirmative approaches when I'm teaching/facilitating too.
Gem created a genuinely neuro-affirming space and offered so much warmth, insight, and authenticity that enabled people to feel safe and valued so they could join the group in ways that suited them. Gem really listens, gives space and time, and meets people where they are at.
