THE CURRENT:
A CHANGEMAKER CIRCLE
READY TO NAVIGATE YOUR NEXT WAVE OF IMPACT?
Connect with fellow changemakers, bring your real challenges to the group, and get the support you need to keep creating meaningful change without burning out.
YOU’RE NOT MEANT TO DO THIS WORK ALONE
The Current is a group coaching container for established changemakers who need more than inspiration; you need strategy, solidarity, and a room full of people who get it. This is where you bring the messy, complex challenges of doing liberation work in broken systems, and leave with clarity, support, and renewed energy for what's next.
THE CURRENT SUPPORTS YOU TO…
so that you can find solidarity and community with other people doing similar work, creating a network of support beyond our time together
BUILD MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS
so that you can move through tricky spots, supported by peers who understand the unique complexities of changemaking work
NAVIGATE REAL-TIME CHALLENGES
so that you can keep showing up for the work that matters without sacrificing your wellbeing and better navigating burn out
SUSTAIN YOUR IMPACT
so that you can feel a sense of renewal and determination to do the work that matters most to you
ESCAPE THE STUCKS
so that you can work through the nuance and contradictions of creating change while operating within systems that resist it
HOLD COMPLEXITY TOGETHER
WHO IS IT FOR?
The Current is for established changemakers; people who've been doing this work for a while and are navigating the deeper, more complex challenges that come with sustained impact.
You might be:
Leading a nonprofit or community organisation and feeling the weight of it
Running your own mission-driven business and needing strategic thought partners
Working within systems while trying to transform them (hello complexity!)
Balancing your work with your capacity and energy levels and wondering how to do both
Craving connection with people who understand the unique challenges of changemaking
You're ready for:
Real talk about the hard stuff
Being both vulnerable and strategic
Giving and receiving support from peers who get it
Committing to showing up for yourself and the others in your pod for 3 months

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Current runs as a 3-month cohort with just 4 people (plus me, Gem), meeting twice monthly on Tuesday evenings from 7-9pm UK time.
The small group size means you get real airtime for your challenges and build genuine relationships with the other changemakers in the room.

WHY WORK WITH ME?
I bring 15+ years of facilitation and training experience, combined with 7 years of coaching queer and neurodivergent changemakers. I have an extensive background in group facilitation and community and culture building. I have designed and delivered programmes reaching hundreds of neurodivergent adults.
But more than credentials, I understand the unique challenges of doing liberation work because I'm in it too. I know what it's like to navigate burnout, to work within broken systems while trying to transform them, to hold complexity and contradiction, and to need both strategy and solidarity to keep going.
The Current is where you get both; practical support for real challenges and genuine connection with people who understand the work you're doing.
PRICING - £450
This includes:
6 two-hour mastermind sessions over 3 months
Access to the cohort WhatsApp group for ongoing connection and support
My facilitation drawing on 15+ years of experience in education, training, group facilitation, and changemaking
A small, carefully curated group of just 4 people
You can pay in full or in interest-free monthly installments of £150/month
TRANSPARENCY
As a neurodivergent person and a single parent to two neurodivergent children, my work hours are limited. I'm committed to creating spaces that are both sustainable for me and accessible to the people I want to serve.
The Current is deliberately small (just 4 people) so I can show up fully present and facilitate with the care and attention this work deserves. As such, there are no low-cost options available for this particular service. You are welcome to pay in interest-free installments. I do offer low-cost 1:1 coaching spots.

QUICK VIBES CHECK
Some of the most important values that underpin everything I do are…
SELF DIRECTION
Connecting with and listening to yourself and navigating from that place, rather than how society dictates you should be living.
NEURO-AFFIRMATIVE
Recognising that neurodivergence is a vital part of human diversity, and whilst it can be incredibly challenging to exist in a world built for neurotypicals, we are not disordered and do not need to be fixed.
INTERSECTIONALITY
Understanding that various aspects of our identity interplay and overlap to create unique experiences of oppression and privilege.
CUROSITY & NON JUDGEMENT
Holding complexity and nuance, being able to get curious about what might be going on rather than judging ourselves or others harshly.
SEEKING TO DISMANTLE SYSTEMS OF OPPRESSION
Zooming out to recognise the systems that we exist within and are harmed by and working wherever possible to dismantle them, e.g. capitalism, colonialism, racism, transphobia etc.
CONSENT
Understanding and communicating your yeses, nos and maybes, knowing you can change your mind / withdraw consent at any time.
WAYS TO WORK WITH ME
1-1 COACHING
Become more deeply connected to yourself, live in alignment with your neurotype and feel liberated to create the change you want to see.
SPEAKING & TRAINING
Challenge the status quo and ignite meaningful change through workshops on neurodiversity, neuroaffirming practice and creating inclusive futures.
ASK ME ANYTHING
Is there something you'd like my unique perspective on? Bold ideas, big decisions, creative projects - whatever you need.
FAQs

Life happens! If you need to miss a session, you'll still have access to the WhatsApp group and can catch up with the cohort there. However, the magic of The Current really happens in the live sessions, so commitment to showing up wherever possible is important.

You’re in for a treat!
We'll establish agreements in our first session about how we want to be with each other, and I'll facilitate in a way that helps everyone feel comfortable bringing their challenges to the group.
The small size (just 4 people) makes it much less intimidating than larger group settings.
-
No, live sessions aren’t recorded. What gets shared in The Current, stays in The Current.

Anything that's genuinely challenging you in your changemaking work. It could be strategic decisions, relationship dynamics, navigating burnout, holding complexity, managing limited resources, dealing with systems that resist change, questioning your direction, balancing personal sustainability with impact... if it's keeping you up at night or taking up mental space, it belongs here.
-
While my 1:1 coaching specifically centres queer and neurodivergent folks, The Current is open to all established changemakers who share the values of liberation, intersectionality, and dismantling oppressive systems. That said, the space will be informed by these values and if you're not down with that, this isn't your place.
-
Yes! If a one-off payment of £450 doesn’t work for you, you can make 3 x monthly payments of £150 instead.
If you need a different payment arrangement, get in touch and we'll see what we can work out.
